Do DCIM editions differ in features?
No. Every edition includes all 18 capabilities; editions differ only by the number of servers managed, so a smaller edition never lacks features.
Is pricing annual?
Yes. Listed prices are public annual fees. For Enterprise, Custom and every IDC billing system edition, contact sales for a plan.
What do I get by subscribing to both?
An additional bundle discount and free DCIM–billing data sync, so servers are provisioned automatically when customers pay.
How do I buy the Smart Control Card, and how do the DCIM licences work?
The card is sold per unit through sales. Each card ordered includes a one-year Toplink DCIM licence for one server; licences split in units of at least 200 servers.
